According to the ENCYCLOPÆDIA BRITANNICA, poaching became popular in the 17th century. Hunting was limited to landowners and nobles. Peasants did not have enough food to provide for their families, for food was scarce, so they set traps to catch animals to provide for their families. In the 17th and 18th century, poaching was out of necessity. Despite that, it was illegal to sell and buy wild animals. But gangs started to kill and sell these animals in the black market to help the peasants, but the gangs were greedy and violent and sold the meat for the money, not to help out.

In the late 19th and early 20th century, however, poaching became more of a sport. Poaching poses a great danger to some species of animals. Poaching is a threat to wildlife, and animals are suffering. What will you do about it?
